What sizes do you have?
We currently offer three sizes of pinback buttons: 1", 1.5" and 2.25"!
The 1.5" pins can also be made into magnets. And the 2.25" pins can be made into pocket mirrors!
Do you do custom orders?
Yes we do and we love them! Just send us an email at orders @ bayleafbuttons.com and we can certainly help. In our shop we have a few listing available in our shop for custom orders. If you need a larger quantity just contact us.
Do you charge extra for custom orders?
Not usually! In the case that you need a really complex design we may charge a flat fee.
Do you have a template that I can download for the 1.5", 1" or 2.25" Pinback Buttons?

I need my items for a certain date, can you accommodate that?
Hopefully, please contact us before your order so that way we can accommodate your time-frame.
How can I pay?
At this time we only accept payments made through PayPal.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items; you can pay via your credit cards as well.
Please make sure to keep your PayPal shipping address complete and up to date as we can only ship to the address provided by PayPal.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
On average our orders take 3-5 business days to be processed and completed. Then they are shipped to you!
Most of our items are shipped using Canada Post’s Oversized Letter mail or Light Packet method:
Shipping to Canada does vary depending on your province, but on average 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping to the United States can take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days for your item to arrive.
Shipping to International locations can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
For larger and custom orders we will email you when it has been completed/shipped and how long you can expect it to take to arrive to you.
Can you mark my order as a gift?
No unfortunately we must follow proper custom declaration procedures and additional country duties or taxes are the receiver’s responsibility. We cannot quote on these costs.
My order hasn’t arrived yet?
Please contact us and we will help resolve this issue.
What if my order has arrived and it is incorrect or damaged?
If your order is incorrect or missing something please contact us!
We do our best to pack your pinback buttons with care and lots of bubble wrap but in the event that it has arrived damaged contact us.
What if I want a refund or exchange?
Please contact us.
However we are unable to process refunds or exchanges on custom made items.
What do you do with my personal information? Ie. Address & Name
Absolutely nothing, we do not sell, share or give away any information about you.
